I provide comprehensive services for international importers interested in finding and establishing direct contacts with agricultural producers in Vietnam.
My goal is to help you find a reliable partner, the right product at a fair price – within a transparent, understandable and efficient process.
1. Mediation and networking
Search and selection of manufacturers in accordance with requirements for products, quality, volumes, certificates, etc.
Organization of personal meetings, accompanying clients at manufacturers’ facilities.
I pre-qualify suppliers based on my own market knowledge, verified contacts and relevant sources – so that you can reduce time and increase the efficiency of interactions.
2. Interpretation and negotiation support
Support with translation at all stages: inspection of production facilities, technical discussions, agreement on contract terms.
A professional translator with experience in agro-export, logistics and trade contracts – for accurate and clear communication between parties.
(If necessary) – assistance in translating, checking and correcting commercial documents and contracts (subject to separate agreement and payment).
3. Transfer and flexible schedule
Assistance in organizing transfers: verified local drivers for trips from the airport/hotel to the sites and back.
Creating a customized inspection route at the client’s request. I do not manage the transport service directly, but I provide reliable connections to trusted drivers with whom I have successfully cooperated in the past.
All expenses are agreed upon in advance and as transparently as possible. You pay only for the services you request and confirm.
